Terms
and Conditions:
- All orders must be accompanied with payment in full by cheque
or money order, before we process the order
- Minimum order is $35.00
- All telephone orders must be confirmed by fax to avoid errors.
- All returns require approval by the seller, (except for damaged
items). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please
contact us to obtain an Authorization Number.
- NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. A new price
list will be faxed immediately upon request.
- Shipment will be sent via Canadian postal services or CANPAR.
- All products are guaranteed to be free from defects. In the
event of damaged merchandise or shortaeg the seller will ship
replacement upon notification from the purchaser within 10 days
of receipt of the merchandise.
- No-claims will be handled after 10 days.
- USA customers please call to get the shipping
rates.
